The Dawn (hopefully) of the Cork.Net Community, get in touch! :)

It's been a while since my last post and so much has changed since then.

I moved to Cork in Ireland about 2 years now to work at G2 Speech Ireland and what a journey has been.

Since then, I've been looking for a .Net community to participate and contribute but with no luck so far. Instead of being part of the problem I thought about being part of the solution.

I came up with a very nice name (I think) and started to make contacts to make it happen, but of course, to make a community successful we need a community in the first place.

I'm new to this process so I will pretty much follow my instinct, network a lot and try to take this project forward and hopefully it will see the light of the day pretty soon.

If you're reading this and want to help, become part or who knows, even contribute, let me know.

So far "we" (me) are reachable at Linkedin and Twitter, follow, send suggestions, whatever you like it will be welcomed.

The main goal is to promote .Net, share knowledge, help new developers and seasoned ones and hopefully make the world a better place in the process, one line of code at a time.
